Colorado River Retreat on Lake LBJ! Welcome to our breathtaking waterfront retreat on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ, where an incredible lake view awaits you. With a boat dock and lift available, you have the option to bring your boat or we can provide references for boat rentals.

Challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole, football, or any other favorite pastime. Indulge in the joys of swimming, fishing, and floating in the waters of Lake LBJ.

The driveway can accommodate approximately 10 vehicles

You must be 25 years old to rent this property. If you are not 25, please send a private message to discuss. Maximum occupancy is 16 people at all times. If you need more space, ask about renting the adjacent Bunk House and or the 2 bedroom Apartment.
No Smoking.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time:10 pm - 8 am.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
